This contract is an indefinite delivery contract under AFICA Cyber Security Technical Area Task (CS-TAT). The indefinite delivery contract is funded by the Washington Headquarters Service (DOD). It supports the design, development, testing and evaluation of DoD, Intelligence Community and federal civilian agency systems, military systems and military infrastructure operated by the U.S., allied and friendly nations.

It supports Research, Development, Testing and Engineering (RDT&E) and R&D Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for the application of:

cybersecurity
information technology
knowledge management
modeling and simulation
